Shipping to Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS International Mail. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

While we do everything possible to ensure your order is shipped promptly, Dr. Nona N.A. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, postal services, or any other carrier-related circumstances beyond our control.

• Orders under 99 VP: $22.99 USD
• For orders over 99 VP, an additional $9.99 USD shipping charge applies for each additional full or partial 50 VP.
• Bath Salts: Due to their weight, an additional $14.00 USD per Bath Salt will be added to your shipping charges.

Please note that all prices and shipping charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, Dr. Nona N.A. assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged as a result of the incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes,import charges assessed by the Canadian government . These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you choose to refuse payment of these charges and the package is returned to us, the following policy will apply:

• Once the returned package is received, it will be inspected by our Customer Service Department.
• Store credit will be issued only for items that are returned unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
• No credit will be issued for any items that are opened, damaged, missing, or otherwise not suitable for resale.
• The customer will also be responsible for all return shipping charges, customs return fees, and any carrier fees incurred as a result of refusing the shipment.
