Canadian Orders Information

Shipping rates to Canada:

Orders up to 99VP - $22.99

For each additional 50VP or less - extra $10

Shipping Details to Canada
The majority of orders to Canada are shipped via UPS or USPS. Since our warehouse is located in the United States, please be aware that additional fees and taxes may be imposed by Canadian authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Note:
If a customer refuses to pay the required taxes and fees, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will incur return shipping costs and fees, which will become the responsibility of the customer. Additionally If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to pay the applicable taxes and fees, a representative from our office will examine all contents. If it is determined that any items are damaged or missing, the customer will be responsible for those items. A store credit will be issued for the remaining, undamaged items and applied to the customer’s Dr. Nona account. This store credit will be valid for one year from the original purchase date.
