 Standard shipping costs $4.99 for orders up to 99 VP. Free shipping on orders over 99 VP. 

Other countries: We do not ship outside US, with an exemption to Canada.

For rules, regulation and prices for orders that will be shipped to Canada, 

please  call our US Central office at 718*266*5600 or use the form bellow.

drnonausa.com will determine the carrier for all parcels shipped. Some orders may require the Customer to sign for receipt at delivery.

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business. Times will vary during Holidays as well as if we need to contact the Customer for additional information regarding the order. Please note that we assume no responsibility for details caused by a carrier.

Should additional information be needed regarding the order, an email will be sent to the email address registered with the order. 

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday Friday 11:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m. EST excluding Weekends and Holidays).

Any orders returned to drnonausa.com due to undeliverable, non-acceptance by the recipient (for any reason other than damage) or an address error by the recipient will be subject to additional shipping charges to redeliver the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
