Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will love our products. However, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following terms:
Applicability
This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Dr. Nona NA Inc. through our website (drnonausa.com) or via phone with our Customer Service team. Dr. Nona NA Inc. does not accept returns for products purchased through Independent Resellers on other websites or platforms. Prices, warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, and exchanges for such purchases are handled directly between the customer and the Independent Reseller. Dr. Nona NA Inc. only operates on this website, our main office in New York, and our office in Portland, OR.
Return Eligibility
You may return unused and unopened products (excluding special sales items) purchased from Dr. Nona NA Inc. within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened, and resalable condition with all packaging intact. Returns are for exchange or store credit only. Please note that store credit is non-transferable and valid for 1 year from the original purchase date.
Special Sale Items
If the product was part of a special sale (such as “Buy One, Get One Free”), all items included in the promotion must be returned together. For example, if you bought two products under a Buy One, Get One Free promotion, both products must be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain an Authorization Code. This code must be written and visible on the outside of the return package. Returns without an Authorization Code will not be accepted. Include all original paperwork with the return, and ensure the product is packaged securely in a hard-shell box. We recommend insuring the return package for added security.
Store Credit
If you opt for store credit, it will be applied to your Dr. Nona account once the return is verified by our team and confirmed to be unopened and unused.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Processing Time
Please note that it typically takes 15 days to process a return once it has been received and verified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order from Dr. Nona NA Inc. was received in a damaged condition or contains incorrect items, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at 1-718-266-5600 or via email at customerservice@drnona.com. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, and include a picture of the damaged or incorrect items. We may request that you return the item to us, in which case we will provide a prepaid postage label. All items that leave our facility undergo a thorough quality control process, so we take such matters very seriously.
