RETURN POLICY

 At Dr. Nona N.A., your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible products for exchange or store credit under the following conditions.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• We offer store credit or exchange only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

If you purchased multiple products as part of a set or promotional package, all components of the set must be returned together. Unfortunately, we cannot accept partial returns of sets.

If you are purchasing a product for the first time and are unsure whether it is right for you, we encourage you to request a free sample before placing your order. We are happy to provide a limited number of complimentary samples for most products.

Please note:

• Complimentary samples are available  with any order.
• Our product catalog is also available free of charge and can be included with any order upon request.

If you would like to receive samples or a catalog without making a purchase, the following shipping and handling charges apply:

• $4.00 per each sample or catalog for destinations within the United States.
• $8.00 per each sample or catalog for destinations within Canada.

Before sending any return, you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Code.

Please write the Return Authorization Code clearly on the outside of your package. Packages received without a Return Authorization Code will be refused and returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the merchandise. If it meets our return requirements, store credit will be applied to your Dr. Nona account.
